By accessing or using Valeno's graphic design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Valeno provides a subscription-based graphic design service that includes:

• Social media creatives and designs
• Brand identity and logo design
• Print design materials
• Infographic design
• Advertisement creatives
• Task management and communication tools

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Our service operates on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually)
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide clear, detailed instructions for each design request
• Respond to design drafts and feedback in a timely manner
• Provide necessary brand assets, logos, and guidelines
• Ensure you have rights to any materials you request us to incorporate
• Be respectful in all communications with our design team

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of your subscription:

• You own the final approved designs created for your requests
• Valeno retains rights to design concepts, templates, and reusable elements
• You may not resell or redistribute design files as standalone products
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses

6. Revision Policy

We offer unlimited revisions on all design requests until you are satisfied. However:

• Revisions must be within the scope of the original request
• Complete redesigns may count as new requests
• We reserve the right to pause work on unreasonable revision requests

7. Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours for most design requests, depending on complexity:

• Simple designs: 24 hours
• Complex designs: 48-72 hours
• Rush requests may be available for additional fee
• Turnaround times are business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding UK holidays)

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Create designs that are illegal, harmful, or violate any laws
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Create deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Generate content that promotes discrimination, hate, or violence
• Produce adult or explicit content

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Payment fails or is declined
• You engage in abusive behavior toward our team
• You use the service for prohibited purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

Valeno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. We attempt to resolve all disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
